How do I order a Wig?
All of our units are handcrafted by Adore My Art. They can be customized from color to length to style! Measurements will be needed to ensure the perfect fit. We do provide free mini tape measures. Purchase your bundles and lace closure/frontal then head over to the "Services". Next, choose the service that best fits your needs. Instructions are in the description. New Custom wigs are posted every month and are available for purchase.
Which payment methods does EBC x Adore My Art accept?
We accept paypal and most credit/debit cards.
What are your processing times for orders & how long is shipping?
How long does it take for the hair to lift in color?
Our hair lifts extremely fast, especially when using higher levels of developer! Pay attention to the hair every 3-5 minutes to avoid over bleaching.
Shipping can take up to 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE PROCESSING PERIOD. Most times our items will ship out fast, but please keep in mind they can take up to 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS after your processing period.
Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24-48 hour processing period (up to 2 FULL BUSINESS DAYS) & UP TO 7-14 days for Custom orders depending on volume of orders.This time frame does not count towards your business days for shipping and tracking. Business days are not weekends nor holidays.
Once your processing period clears, your ORDER'S business days begin. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email
Once you receive your tracking number, give it a few hours to update into the mailing system. Shipping takes an additional 1-3 business days depending on your location.
